Amenity Housekeeping operates Amenity Housekeeping. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

Release of Liability
Services Provided: Amenity Housekeeping (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides residential and commercial housekeeping services. These services include, but are not limited to, cleaning, organizing, and related housekeeping tasks.
Acknowledgment of Risk: The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as "Client") acknowledges and agrees that the Company's services may involve risks, including but not limited to, damage to property, loss of personal items, or injury. The Client understands and accepts these risks.
Waiver of Liability: The Client hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Company, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Client, or to any property belonging to the Client, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise, while participating in or receiving services from the Company.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided by the Company.
Insurance: The Client acknowledges that the Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage. However, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure that their own insurance policies (homeowners, renters, etc.) cover any potential risks.
Damage and Theft: The Client agrees that any damage to property or theft resulting from the Company's services must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of the occurrence. The Company will investigate the claim and take appropriate action.
No Guarantees: The Company makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of the services provided and is not responsible for any unsatisfactory results.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Text Message Opt-In Agreement
By checking the box on the sign up form, you consent to receive text messages from Amenity
Housekeeping for purposes including, but not limited to, appointment reminders, service notifications, promotions, and updates.
Acceptance of Policies
By checking the box on the sign up form, you agree to accept the policies included in the FAQ, including the cancellation policy.
Specifically, the Client acknowledges that cancellations made after 2:00 PM the day before their scheduled service will incur a $49
cancellation fee. This policy also applies to situations where the Client fails to provide access to their home upon the Company's arrival or
fails to provide a safe environment in which to work.
